Good grub in the back of beyond (or just in the back garden)

Being fortunate to work one day in New Alresford, Hampshire, I thought I would source some local smoked trout from a farm shop. After frying a slice of sourdough drenched in EVOO, I scrambled 2 eggs and added in a little watercress (another foodstuff associated with the chalk streams of this area).
